No. We process all our orders from vgofashion.com
Is there a minimum quantity or order amount requirements?
No. We accept even a single piece order. However you would enjoy great savings the more you purchase through our discount scheme.
How is the quality of your goods?
All products are checked for defects and QC before dispatch to customers.
Colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
How often do you add new design?
We plan to add new design every week to upkeep with our mission to provide the latest trend with the speed and ease of online shopping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer, bank TT and PayPal.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated by Singapore's Speedpost postage system based on parcel / weight / capacity.

All designs shown online are currently in stock except for bulk purchase items.
Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Do you have catalogues?
VGO does not have traditional paper catalogue as the shopping experience at VGO is exclusively online.

Do you accept special manufacturing orders?
Yes. Our production facilities in China can custom manufacture special orders. The minimum quantity will range from 100 to 200 per style.
