All request for exchange must be made within 7(seven) days from
the date of receipt of goods
Exchanges are only allowed for major manufacturers’ defects.
Please email us together with a “zoom-in” picture of the affected
product. If the item is eligible for exchange, please return it intact
with our ORIGINAL TAG, undamaged and unused within 7(seven)
days in the same condition as it was sent to you.
We will try to replace the same item subject to stock availability.
In the event that the item is out of stock, you will be contacted
by customer services to select another item of the same value.
All postage charges incurred for return of goods shall be borne
by the customer.
No exchanges are allowed for oddments or sales items.
