Goods will be delivered 5-7 days postal working days subject to stock availability.
Requires a signature upon receipt of goods. If a signature is not provided, a Singpost card will be left indicating which post office to collect your goods from. VGO Fashion does not take responsibility for loss of goods using this delivery method.
Orders with a P.O. Box will not be entertained
We recommend registered post as it is more secure and items can be tracked.

Overseas
Goods will be delivered 15-20 postal working days, subject to stock availability.

International shipping is via EMS shipping services. Tracking number will be provided and you can use it to view your delivery status

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your parcel reaches your country.

We ship your parcel DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" and does not collect the VAT, duties and / or taxes. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
